# Still Current

> Still Current checks whether public information, such as jail hours, phone numbers, fees and court contacts, still matches the official source page, and shows the source, the check date and what it does not claim. Independent personal project, not affiliated with or endorsed by any agency. Pilot: Alachua County, Florida (5 facts, all from the jail). Reference only: confirm with the source before you act.

Rules for using these facts:

- Every fact is reference only. It matched a public source page on its check date. It is not confirmed by the agency and carries no mark.
- A fact is withheld once its check is older than 7 days, or past its review date. Do not repeat a withheld fact as current.
- When two official pages disagree, Still Current shows both and does not say which is right.
- Tell the user to confirm with the source before acting.
